Formerly known as Tyson Hardware, Jerry and Frank Lacomfora opened the doors on October 1st 1947, Jerry and his brother Frank would own Tyson Hardware until 1960. In 1960 Jerry Sr. and his wife Ida would take full ownership of Tyson Hardware. In their new found freedom they changed the name from Tyson Hardware to Jerry's Hardware. Jerry Sr. would own Jerry's Hardware until 1980. In 1980, Jerry Sr. handed over his ownership to his son Gerald, who owns the store today. Jerry Sr. and his wife Ida could still be seen working there until the mid 1990's.
Jerry's has been a strong contributor to the Worcester Community for over 50 years. Jerry's strives on remaining competitive by offering low prices and excellent customer care. We will remain loyal in offering that to anyone and everyone!
