We have had a very positive experience with orthodontia at Dr. Redd's. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. They have been punctual and try to make appointments that meet our needs emergency repairs, for example. My daughter thinks it is a really nice place and she doesn't even have braces. My son, with the braces, never complains about going. I like that the kids check themselves in and are encouraged to be independent in taking care of their braces.
My wife received treatment from Dr. Redd a few years back, and she still loves her smile! My children will soon start treatment as well, and I will definitely be taking them back to Dr. Redd! The whole office is professional, informative and genuine. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable about your whole experience, cuz let's be frank...no one enjoys going to the dentist. But when your treated more like family, the experience is that much more memorable. And a beautiful smile is the reward!
Everyone in the building is very friendly and caring. They treat with you respect and they care about your teeth. The office is very nice caring and will answer any questions about your teeth. Everyone in the office is very friendly and the orthodontists "handle" you with care. I would recommend anyone looking to get braces or just looking for an orthodontist to come.
I love Dr. Redd's office and staff. They're very welcoming and they're all very happy! It's all good vibes in there. My teeth were so messed up, I thought I had no hope but for some reason, dr redd made it happen! My teeth are looking at its best and to be honest, I wouldn't go to any other ortho if I could :
The people are very sweet-natured. But the office is so frustratingly incompetent I would have nothing to do with it if I didn't have to. Phones are never answered. The option for leaving a message on their phone system doesn't work. Once upon a time I was able to leave a message. It took them a mere 6 days to get back to me -- by which time I'd solved the problem I was having by searching the web. To reschedule an appointment or report a problem, you have to go in physically to talk to them -- except they're not always there. In terms of the orthodontics part, they seem to know their job, but that remains to be seen, since results take a year to finalize. Being nice isn't enough.
I started in 2009 and since then they have treated me like family and i appreciated what they did for me. Since then me teeth have gotten straighter.
The service and care I receive with Dr. Redd and his staff is ALWAYS exceptional!!!
