I did a mobile order and it was super easy! My order was ready when I arrived! I had the roast beef sandwich and it was good, maybe need some sauces with it! I forgot to do it online! Well, I guess I need to go back!Food: 4/5
Never disappoints. Food quality and freshness are always consistent no matter what store you go to. I esp love their tuna salad w crunchy celery! as we as the quality of bread. Also, I love that you can get more than one size of your sandwich order. Parking: There are several other restaurants next to JM's whose patrons use the free lots. But most are fast casual, and spots usually open up pretty quickly. Kid-friendliness: There's a separate menu for kids. Altho it's not one of their largest stores, it seems to be able to accommodate kids, and wheel chairs.
I’ve visited this location a few times and my experience has usually been disappointing unfortunately. The last time though, the guy making my sandwich seemed so incredibly annoyed to have anyone in there and was just rude. I was the only customer to walk in, he didn’t greet me. I said Hi, still nothing. He had a look on his face of just pure annoyance the entire time. He didn’t really talk as much as gesture to the toppings and I told him what I wanted. He made my sandwich fine but was just so disinterested and clearly didn’t want to be there at all. More people came in while I was paying and he got visibly more irritated and didn’t greet them either. That experience alone made me decide to never come back to this location again. In previous trips they’ve also tried to leave stuff off my sandwich saying that most people order it that way, but I didn’t. The sandwiches also seem smaller than in years past and just not worth the bad customer service and price at this point.
The guys at this location are amazing & always very friendly. So the one star isn't against them but against the company. What company keeps a business open on a holiday, like July 4th until 9pm and without holiday pay? I bet all the CEO and Corp people are off, no? This location is in quiet town, not even a busy store! Really worried about the little amount that would be made in a couple hours? Is it even worth the 4 employees on shift?
I came in and met Nicole and she was wonderful! She was very patient and friendly and even helped me to decide on what to order. Thank you for your kindness. Too many times I've come in to find an unhappy teenager not willing to display actual customer service. Good job Nicole!Food: 5/5
I love Jersey Mikes, but not this location. The last 3 times I have ordered for pick up, I did not get what I had ordered. If you order here, make sure to check your food before you leave.Food: 3/5
Great location...the managers Lucas and grant care about the customers...make great sandwiches and always greet me and treat me like a valued customer...some of the other stores could learn a few things from this location...I go a few times a week and enjoy every visit!!Food: 5/5
Ordered the roast beef regular. It was good, service was good. Bit pricey $9.60 but of course I understand the supply cost since I am in the food trucking industry. Jersey Mike's is better than Subway & Jimmy John's for sure. The place was clean & the staff was friendly on my visit so I guess it depends on when & who is working according to the negative reviews I've read
