Excellent customer service! A pleasant experience vs. the one in Lexington. I didn't have to wait long. Received my covid vaccine here as well as TB skin test for school.

I was so impressed today with Jessamine County’s vaccination process Brookside Elementary. It was extremely efficient, the volunteers and staff were professional and kind, and my mother’s vaccine went perfectly. Thank you for all that you have done to keep our community members safe.

Once again, I had an exceptional experience at the Jessamine County Health Department. I received 3 immunizations and a TB skin test on the same day. Everyone was efficient and professional. These public servants continue to shine, even though confronted daily with the additional workload and potential exposure of Covid-19.

The people there are fantastic and give lots of free tests and education materials for kids and adults alike. They give free vaccines, condoms, STD testing, child checkup, WIC, HANDS program for new parents, and the staff are great! No insurance? No problem. Seriously they help with more things than you think.

The worst experience of my life, my girlfriend and I had to go there just to update something and it took them a whole two hours just even get to us and when they did it was because they where closing. Ive had visits to small town er's go faster then this. If you can avoid the nicholasville health department i would!!! I give -5 stars!!

Excellent facility. The staff was Superb and very professional!!  I recommend this facility highly.

You can never get into this place. It is way inconvenient for people with different schedules. It takes forever to get in and out. Everytime I have went I have ended up in the waiting room forever.

The services they provide are great and the staff is friendly, but they are horrible about scheduling and it takes FOREVER to get through even when theyre slow.

Excellent services and fantastic civil servants to the community!
