The field of "elder law" includes some very complicated issues. Jesse has focused on long term care and estate planning and hopes to provide answers on how best to position yourself to be eligible for Medicaid and make effective decisions for yourself and your loved ones regarding health care and financial planning to protect assets. He also has expertise in special needs and disability planning which, in some cases includes the creation of a special type of trust.
Jesse serves on the Elder Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association and served for 10 years on the Board of Trustees for the Area Agency on Aging, which serves 9 counties.
