I absolutely love Jet Fresh Flowers they always have quality flowers and some very unique colors Jimi, I absolutely adore him every time I need to order for an event he definitely comes through for me and the entire staff is amazing.

I have been using Jet Fresh for over a year now, and couldn't be happier with them!!!! I'm very picky and not the easiest to deal with, but Celine has been the most amazing sales rep and never disappoints! She works hard to get me exactly what I want, and is always ready with substitutions if something isn't available. She always let's me know about new products and communicates better than any wholesalers I have dealt with in the past! The customer service is top notch!!! I recommend Celine and Jet Fresh to all my floral peers time and time again!

Absolutely love Jet Fresh! I met Celine at SAF’s NextGen conference Miami in June. She legit picked me up the last day of the conference and brought me over to  see Jet Fresh and gave me a tour of, “the candy shop”  and the facilities. I was able  to meet some of the team that I hadn’t met at next gen and immediately felt like part of the family. Celine and my bookkeeper set up an account that day. I’ve been ordering every week since. The product is beautiful! Jet Fresh  has their cool niches and it sets them apart from any other wholesaler in my opinion. I’m always on the lookout for something funky and unusual, and with Jet Fresh and Celine I accomplish that. Celine keeps an eye out and calls me when she sees something she knows I’d love. I'm very disappointed in this experience. I understand that this company is for VENDORS, however a few weeks back I went looking for flowers, willing to spend well over $1,000 in flowers, for an event I was planning and was allowed to the back of the warehouse to self pick flowers. They were honestly beautiful flowers, and I was excited to purchase them. I was told that because I was not a vendor I could walk in the day of my event, purchase what they had in stock, but I could not place a purchase order. I agreed, and was willing to return the week of my event to purchase the flowers. When I returned to purchase the flowers, they refused to let me in stating that because it was near mother's day when I first visited they had made an exception around this holiday; but they never communicated this to me on my first visit. Now I'm scrambling to find beautiful flowers that are not going to wilt in seconds. I generally do not leave a negative review, but I believe that these things should be communicated to consumers more clearly so as not to waste others time and effort. I was also referred to a flower shop they sell to, visited that store with high hopes, and found that their flowers were extremely wilted, some to the point of being completely brown. Overall a great experience turned quite sour. Very disappointed.

Have you ever loved shopping at a place so much, you find excuses to do it? That’s how I feel about this place. I was a florist in my previous life, and I was asked to make centerpieces for MD at my current job. Jimi and his crew treated me like family. Ordering was a simple email. I came to pick up, and even though the place was busy…the staff were charming. From the guy helping you find a parking space, to the Front Desk experience, even the guys in the loading bay…I had a small order of 7 boxes, and they took the time to load my car. Product is BEAUTIFUL. I highly recommend Jet Fresh. Stellar Customer Service, Stellar product. Happy Client.

8/12/23 of course not keeping up with store closing hour I arrived to the store after closing time coming from Broward I came across Pinky loading flowers in to another customer’s car he explained it was closing time and I wouldn’t be able to come in behold this kindhearted man I swear with out any words he saw the desperation in my face and he asked me what I wanted and he got it for me I know that Pinky and staff have families to go home to but the staff at JetFresh Flowers took the time out to give me the best customer service I was not only greeted by a friendly hello by the cashier but I was given fresh beautiful flowers thank JetFresh Flowers staff you guys saved the day !!!!!
