The Laviolette family has operated the Jetty since 1979, with Damian and Teah Laviolette taking the reins in September 2018. Over the years the Laviolettes have expanded the fishery from an RV park and boat rental facility to include live seafood such as Dungeness crabs and fresh local oysters and rental cabins only a few feet from the bay.The Jetty Fishery has been mentioned in publications such as the New York Times, Sunset Magazine, The Oregonian and Beer Northwest and is frequently selected as one of the best one-stop destinations for singles, couples and families to take part in crabbing, picnicking, hiking, camping, clamming!"

Went there for deliciously fresh clams, oysters and crabs and the view was so beautiful. Ariel was so wonderful, she explained how to order and let us pick our own crabs. After eating we sat by the fire and enjoyed the views before heading to the next destination. Great experience overall, can’t wait to come back to Oregon just to go to this place for seafood lol

Amazing spot to pick up fresh clams and crab! This was our first time doing this sort of thing and the staff were all super friendly and honest with their recommendations. We got 4 crabs and 2 lb of the Manila steamer clams. They prepped and cooked them for us to take home for dinner. Plenty of food for 5 adults. We absolutely devoured all of it! While we waited the 20 mins for them to cook we enjoyed the wild life in the area. Otters were playing on the dock and swimming around, seals were laying on the beach across the water and seagulls. Such a cool spot!

This place is beyond superb!! Was on a few week road trip up the coast and ran into this little HEAVEN a few weeks ago. I can’t remember the last time I had such great customer service. Just all around Genuinely kind , groovy folks, and loving their jobs. Food was great, we got a bit of everything. Ate next to the water and fire pit, where they allowed my dog to join. Met the owner who lives on the property , who was also a darling. These People are doing it all so right!! Thank You !!!

Wonderful place to camp for a weekend and enjoy some amazing views. Family and I had a great time. Seafood was delicious and next time we’ll probably try crabbing on our own!

This spot holds a special place for my family. Especially with a fresh crab cooked and enjoyed right on the water, who wouldn't love that? There are also boats to rent for catching your own crab and making your own memories!

Yesss! Perfect afternoon on the dock w our two kiddos. Pulled up at least 50 crabs in 2.5 hours, only two of which were big enough. No one else on the dock, beers and beauty.  Unpretentious and approachable. Ate our crabs plus oysters and clams on paper plates w bay seasoning by the smoldering fire and threw the shells back to the sea and seagulls

We had such a wonderful experience camping and crabbing here! Amazing customer service from super friendly and passionate staff. Their RV spaces are right on the river and provide great views of the bay. You can crab from their docks or rent a boat. Either way, the staff here will make it easy and fun! We will be back for sure!

Expensive and not worth the money!!!! We arrived off/low season, after reading about the place and prices ranging normally. We came late around 6 pm with an infant so turning around was not an option to discover that one night parking for an RV was $67 including tax!!! The highest price in the area and for what? The bay isn’t that nice, hookups- only water and electricity not full and no dumping station!! If you are looking for a nice beach RV parking and crabbing a couple of miles north on 101 go to Kelly-prices are at least $11 less and the view is even better..

There are many people visited to crabbing that open 7am till 12pm . Private dock which facilities provide rent a boat and crabbing tools for rent include fishing license. Had many qty of crab in the end got big size of crab for 7th , After work they cooking for crab and packing with ice , have big fire pit to warm yourself , Please wear water proof pants to avoid getting wet and enjoy crabbing . Also can purchase clam and live crab . Small store are available and restaurant and RV park

First of all, is WOW! This place is amazing, but the best part of Jetty Fishery is Russell the young man that works there. He was amazing and so helpful. He run everything by himself and still had the time to cook my crab and showed me how to clean them. I will be back and plan to have a family get-together to share my experience.
