Worst laundry service ever. The machines at my apartment complex constantly break down, fill with water, and then are left unattended for months on end. We only have 4 washers and 4 dryers. Two of our washers haven't been available to use since summer of last year, and our dryers have gone down a few times but took way too long to fix.
I have been using Jetz Laundry System's washing machine and dryer at my apartment and the cost is reasonable and the clean clothes come out perfect from the washer and are always dry after the one hour drying cycle...even on the delicate setting. The only issue I have had is the washing machine getting full of quarters making it unoperable and now after speaking to Jetz three times over the past six months or so, they are going to try and collect the money twice a month instead of less often. So far so good!
This company services and I use that word loosely the machines are our apartment complex. All 6 machines in one building have been out of order for two weeks. You can't get anyone to come and fix them. If you loose money you're just out of luck they wont refund anything. Horrible service. Horrible company
I live in a senior apt building with my 86 yr old mother there are 80 apts in this building and approx 100 people. The laundry room has 4 washers and 4 dryers that are suppose to be maintained by Jetz! On two washers are working have been for over six months never fixed! Most time dryers don't dry your clothes! $1.75 to wash $1.50 to dry, When Working! This is a large Burden on all the Seniors in this building! We pay rent, we pay to to laundry WHEN THE DAMN MACHINES ARE WORKING! JETZ YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED LETTING YOUR LAUNDRY FACILLITYS RUN DOWN LIKE THIS, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS already SUFFERING! JETZ ONLY COMES COLLECTS MONEY OUT OF MACHINES AND LEAVES WITHOUT FIXING THE BROKEN DOWN MACHINES!!
I've called four times with issues about the wash machine not working. Clothes are soak and wet when removed from the machine and therefore requiring extra money to dry. They have ignored my requests, have not refunded me or responded to me. The machines are not serviced well at all. Who would even consider paying on a card for such horrible services. Very disappointed in there service and would never recommend them at all.
It's so unprofessional, and everytime I call them about my washer and dryer they always never return my call or just hang up when they feel like it
Your company supposedly provides and services the laundry machines at my apartment complex according to the posters on the walls and the stickers on the machines yet when called for service because your machines are disgusting, not being serviced regularly, and are always broke down- YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. Ridiculous way to run a business.
This place is so unprofessional, lazy and untrustworthy! They don't service their machines regularly and when you lose money they don't want to refund your money. Its out of conveneince that I use their machines but I will got out of my way and use laundrymats!
Ok.. Let me tell you about this place high price in all there washers and dryers the service calls take for ever to get done .. And don't get me started on how they treat there employee's highest right of employees I have ever saw go throw this company pushing them over a limit of 10 plus hours a day of drive time not ever service stops sometimes a 15 to 16 hour work day with 1 hour lunch inside the car .. Yeah not to be trusted after seeing what they do or how they treat there people ..
The machines break every other week and it takes multiple days for them to come fix.
