Was trying to get help to get some fish from the counter multiple "workers" saw me standing there for at least 5 minutes no one else in line didn't even bother to try and help me just continued chatting amongst themselves. I just think when you look directly at a customer you should at least acknowledge them. Never had this issue at other jewel locations in Naperville
The pharmacy here is the best . To get are very busy seems like all the time ,but take time to explain any questions you may have . Thanks for all you guys do everyday
This is my local Jewel and out of convenience I will stop here periodically for soda, cereal, milk, etc. But I don’t think there’s been a single time when I didn’t get burned by them. Whether it’s the chicken with a new sticker on top reflecting a new sell by date once I opened the package, it smelled foul and rotten, the cake from the bakery that is being sold full price past the sell by date, the custom cake order with writing that looks like it belongs to a grade schooler, or the salmon in the case with the hair of the butcher on it. The staff are usually very very helpful, and they deserve any stars given here.
This place is often dirty and the staff can be quite rude at times. There is one guy that works there who is always friendly and cheerful and is always up to answer a question. There was one time in particular he was bagging for me and I was talking to him, the manager walked up angrily and told him to stop talking to me. My first thought is that the manager probably did this because this particular employee appears to be a special needs person. But he’s the nicest guy in the store. It was unprofessional, and more importantly, quite mean. I only come back for the accordion guy that plays in the parking lot when weather permits. Accordion guy gets 5 stars
It's Jewel-Osco: nothing terrible, nothing great. That said, they cost more than Marianos on average.
As jewels go this is an ok one. Staff is just there, and shelves are stocks. Don’t use bathroom!
You know something, this place never disappoints me. Always well stocked, great selection of goods including produce. On top of that, the sales are usually very good. I'm happy to be a local resident and shop here often.
Love the store location but the produce section seems to be lacking in the word "Fresh".
Typical supermarket a little pricey. Always check your dates on your items. The deli is horrible, they want you to bag your own grocery"s they never have a bagger whoever is managing that place needs to go .. horrible management, we go to other stores around the area, because this one is managed so horribly.
Wide variety of items to accommodate just about EVERYONE. Prices are reasonable, especially sales. AND I LOVE THE MORE EXPENSIVE VERSION OF THEIR CHERRY PIE!!!
