I have nothing but positive things to say about jewelry doctors. They created an awesome wedding ring for me, and bands to match it. All for an AMAZING price. Significantly less than one would pay at a store with marketing. The staff is always friendly and cleaning and repairs are always speedy. They’ve earned me as a customer for life!
This man is amazing. He restored my husband's wedding band of 51 years to original appearance. Then he shorten chains on two new purses for me. Please give this shop a try for your needs. They are great!

I am so happy with my experience with Jewelry Doctors. Hunter helped to replace clasps on my necklace today. I was grateful that he was able to do the work today, and he was able to complete the work so quickly! Hunter was such a pleasant person to deal with, and I was fortunate to have an honest capable person to help me, it was also very affordable! I've had watch batteries replaced here before, and because of such positive experiences, I will not hesitate to taking my business there! I would recommend Jewelry Doctors to everyone!
I brought a necklace in to be fixed and to get a longer chain for it. Everyone there greeted me like I was family. The person who worked on my necklace was patient and kind and did quality work and helped me select the perfect chain. My watch band needed links removed and it's completed in a timely manner. Whenever I need a battery for my watches, Jewelry Doctor has a great replacement on watch batteries. That's enough reason to keep coming back.
Great store! Love the rotating stock. Prices are great relative to other comparable locations. I have shopped here for several years and the staff have always been pleasant, professional am helpful. The customer service aspect once you make a purchase has been outstanding! The best store if it's kind, in my opinion!
I had a beautiful set of pearl earrings and a pearl ring that I had gotten for my 55th birthday. Unfortunately I couldn’t wear the earrings because the stems were just a little short and the pearl in my ring seemed to be loose. So for ten years they both set in my jewelry box. About two in a half weeks ago my granddaughter took one of her rings into the do tug of a new replacement stone, it was absolutely beautiful! Then she suggested that she take my two pearl pieces to the doctor and see about getting them fixed. I really didn’t have much faith in them as I had taken these same two pieces to another jeweler to no avail. I was sadly mistaken! The Jewelry Doctor is top notched. Not only did they fix them, but took their time and did them perfectly! They will definitely be my go-to moving forward!

Paul Enlarged my ring and gave it a new finish it looks brand spanking new very beautiful excellent work and did not have to wait long for the work to be done. Have been doing business with them often on throughout the years and have always been satisfied.
I needed a Watch band. A leather band is what I was looking for. When I arrived a Young Man asked if he could help Me. He measured the existing watch band and showed Me the watchbands that would fit. I chose a black one. He removed the existing band and replaced it with the one I chose. The Young Lady there put the watch around my wrist to fit comfortably. I'm Very Pleased with these two. I will recommend Jewelry Doctors to friends and relatives. Thank You for Your service!
My experience was wonderful. They gave me a wait time of 15 minutes which was enough time to check out the mall and ride on a stuffed animal scooter. It was so fun. When I got there my Grandpa's watch was fixed, but it was to big for me. So they took out a couple chains to make it fit me and they decided to be so nice and drop the charge for it. I never knew my grandpa, because he passed away when I was just a wee little lad and they revived my only memory of him. I would highly recommend as the staff show hospitality and are so empathetic to the costumer.
