JG3 helping people of all ages obtain their fitness goals through 3 different classes Sports Performance(Athletes), Boot camp(women) and Caveman workouts.
JG Performance is named after and dedicated to Jimmy Griffin who sadly passed September 8th 2009 due to undetected heart problem. JG Performance mission is to help as many people achieve their fitness and athletic goals .
The three classes
Sports Performance Classes: This class is dedicated to Grammar, High School and colleges athletes. Performance class is design to improve the athletes vertical jump, speed, agility, footwork, core strength and conditioning.
Caveman training: This class is dedicated to men. Caveman training is a unique way of training. Total body High intensity interval training with unique set of workouts. No workout is ever the same. Good for all ages who want to get back into shape.
Boot camp: This class dedicated to women. High intensity interval training designed to tone and strengthen. Classes are designed for any person from moderate and high activity.
