Everybody was very friendly, and very honest. They were all impressed that I only had 647 mi on my vehicle. I wanted to get an oil change just to be secure. They even cleaned all my windows!Service: Oil change
I've used this location several times in Papillion and from the moment that I meant the service attended in the driveway to the time that I pulled out of the garage it was an extremely pleasant experience, the work was done very efficiently and they were very accommodating to let me know any details about my vehicle from the oil change, to the coolant, engine and cabin air filter, the tire pressure whatever it was including the windshield wipers they told me the condition of all of the aspects of my vehicle and gave me recommendations as to what needed to be done. I didn't appreciate the bait and switch for the price. I said I wanted the synthetic oil, and the employee chose the most expensive option even though there were cheaper synthetic options. Then on top of the top price there were additional charges for the oil itself and the disposal of the previous oil, which should have been included in the original price.Service: Oil change
Great experience…the guys were very helpful as we doing a cross country trip and needed abs oil change off the highway. Kept it quick and were informative as it was our first oil change in our RV.

I always go to this Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. The staff is super nice and they suggest different maintenance services based on need. I never feel pressured into doing the additional maintenance, but I love that they let me know what needs to be done so I can plan for the next time. I was really happy with my experience. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, they guided me right in. They only had two staff working but were able to get to me as soon as they could and took great care of my truck. I think their names were Mike and Dominic. I had the best experience at this Jiffy Lube! They listened, they were patient and made it very understandable. Never did I feel they were trying to upscale an older woman. I know honesty when I hear it.. After just one experience I will continue to go there for all my car needs. Most definitely will tell all my female friends who desperately need honesty in mechanical situations. No, I'm not stereo typing! From the time I pulled into the parking lot and the time I left was less than 25 minutes. The service was great, very friendly and professional men taking care of my car. Communication between the employees was comforting, since one was below my car. I definitely will be back.Service: Oil change
