Jiffy Stop

I went in there today and the employee that was working rang up my stuff than swiped a rewards card he had with him, didn't ask me if I had one to swipe he just used his own card to get points from my transaction. I thought that was very rude. When I finished, he did the same thing to the person I was with. The person I was with had a rewards card but didn't even get the chance to use it because the employee swiped his own again. What's the point of having a rewards card if your employees are using theirs to get customers points on items customers are paying for. I thought that was very rude.

The store manager is one of the rudest women I’ve ever met. Clearly shouldn’t be working in customer service industry.
