My mother was an artist. When I was five years old, I used her oil paints to create a blue horse with an orange mane. She put it in an exhibit and it sold for seven dollars! That changed everything. Art has been present in my whole life. I soon became a featured artist at the Kentucky Derby, and was asked to create works for Disney, Mattel, and Los Angeles Dogers. My motivation is to make people happy with art and to help people see beauty. I believe the measure of an artist's work is the depth of their love.
