I have had so many issues finding a good dentist. I met Jen a staff member at Jim Williams office and had a great conversation with her. She gave me a card within a week I had an appointment! Clean office, friendly and caring staff and Dr Williams took his time to get to know me and address all my concerns. Lynn was also quite helpful. I have been in Ga 12 years now and have seen over 7 dentist. I am so glad I found Dr William's office!
I just had to stop and take a moment to recognize my Dentist Dr Jim Williams in Douglasville. He is the absolute best at what he does !!! He is very thorough and explains everything in "laymen's terms" so there is no confusion about your treatment going forward. He is also blessed to have an EXCELLENT support staff !!! Jennifer at the front desk is professional, patient, kind, and will go the extra "nine yards" to make sure your insurance coverage is on point. Also, Claudia and Lynn the Dental Assistants are Awesome !!! It is so comforting to walk into a medical office and know without a doubt that you will be cared for by mature, caring, professional young ladies. Dr. Williams I really appreciate you and your amazing staff !!!
This was my first time at this dentist and i can definitely say it was amazing and true to the reviews . Dr. Williams is so nice and cleaned my teeth today even when he didn’t have to. I am so thankful and can say i will be a long term patient here .The staff is truly amazing as well.
Dr. Williams is the best dentist in Douglasville. The entire staff is amazing, they are professional, patient and thorough. Dr. Williams operates with integrity, he will not recommend services you don’t need, to run up the tab. Integrity is important in a dentist!! He makes sure you are comfortable and he follows up, checking on you after! I have referred countless friends and families some that despise dental visits and hadn’t been in years and they all sing his praises. I have been his patient since 2005 and although I don’t live in Douglasville, I will always make the drive because the entire office is the best!!
Love Dr Williams! He and the staff are very friendly and patient with all of us. They talk to us and explain anything necessary. The whole family has been seeing him for several years, and we won't go anywhere else!
On the morning of November 14th my elderly mother had a appointment with this office, where she has been going for 15+ years. On the way there she received a call from the dental assistant "Claudia" angrily yelling at her "We wont be giving you any more morning appointments since you can never make them!" Now this might be how she was raised to speak to people in the trailer park, but for civilized society, its frankly unacceptable. When my mother tried to explain that I-20 was congested, Claudia hung up on her. As expected, after such horrendous behavior, my mother decided not to be bothered with it, and she would just take her business elsewhere. When I heard this I was shocked and decided to give Dr. Williams a call. Surely he cant know his employee is souring such a long relationship over something as trivial as this. So I thought, I would be able to voice my concerns with Dr. Williams, and hopefully they can have someone with a bit more social intelligence, making phone calls and interacting with patients. When I call, at approximately 10am, he is allegedly with a patient, I am told he will get back to me after he is done. On some level, I guess he also thought Claudia was wrong, which is why he was too busyashamed to call me back. He has his secretary give me a call at 5pm, and she tells me they will not discuss Claudia's lack of manners at all because of "The Hipaa laws." Now I was under the impression that Hipaa laws were in place to protect patient confidentiality. I wasn't aware they could also be used as a way to protect unprofessional rednecks from any kind of criticism. In conclusion, I simply would not recommend this place to anyone.
Dr William and staff are a fantastic bunch. They are caring and treat you with the care and respect that you deserve. I have been a patient of the practice for over 20 years. They treat you like family and make the hard things of visiting the dentist easy. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental services.
Dr. Williams and staff were amazing! Definitely the best dentist I have been to. They are polite, courteous, caring and helped to out me at ease as I suffer from panic disorder. My procedure was explained to me before starting and they kept me informed as to what was going on or about to happen. I will definitely be going ba k for my dental needs!
This is the most kind and wonderful dental or medical practice I have ever been to! They are caring, good at their jobs and intuitive. We've been coming to Dr. Williams for many, many years and know that he will provide the best treatment and treatment options for us. I love these folks like family!
Dr. Williams is amazing!!! I came to him 13 years ago with a LOT of dental problems and he took care of me with kindness and patience! Becky, the receptionist, is so sweet and always willing to help you out in any way and Lynn, Dr Williams assistant is great! I will never go to another Dentist! I highly recommend this practice!
