As shareholder and director with Hall Estill, I have offices in both Tulsa and Oklahoma City. I provide representation throughout the state, focused in trust and estate litigation and planning. As a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, I stay abreast of the most recent developments and write frequently on issues that impact trustees, beneficiaries, the elderly, and estate planning. I am in my twelfth year as Chair of the Oklahoma Bar Association Civil Procedure & Evidence Code Committee. I am in my second year as chair or co-chair of the litigation committee of the OBA's Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Section.
