Only 3 lanes open, Self checkout closed. Lines stretched 20 people back. Also, I understand stocking over night but really could have done a better job than this to allow customers to still shop. I’ve been to Walmart’s that execute better.
Only self checkout open with 3 machines open. The female bathroom is just GROSS!! Employees are rude. This walmart needs new management asap!!!
Really disappointed, this is the only WalMart I could actually stand going to, but Im not sure I want to continue shopping here. This store is gross. I seen mold on the racks in their milk fridge. In the almond milk section not to mention! Disgusting. Im not even a germaphobe, but I hadda sani wipe my milks because that's just unacceptable. I aint trying to bring home the grocery store bacteria to my fridge at home. I've worked grocery and this was appalling. Tells me thats not a department priority and thats a health risk. Why do so many ppl need to be told what to do these days? And then I get to the self checkout, and the scanner where you place your items and food is filthy. Some kind of somethin all over it. I look to my right and see a big roll of paper towels and a spray bottle, yet apparently no one working there knew how to use it. Again, gross, and lazy it seems. No excuse to just disregard these things.
Extremely rude staff. Store is dirty, unorganized, and the store is now all self check outs with the excepetion of 4 human operated registers. The self checkout staff is a joke. On a few occasions the staff have ignored me and other customers that were having issues with the self check outs all for the sake of gossip. Hate how things have changed just to squeeze every penny out of every dollar. 12/21/22 Update This store is still horrible for service whether it be in store, pick up, or even for services at the tire and lube department. Customer service is still bad. I switched up buying in-store to pick up yet still have issues with getting someone to help me get my groceries to my car. Every single time I'm sent to this store I have a minimum of 30 minutes waiting. You call the check in number and no one answers, leave a voicemail only to get a call back the next day after Ive already went into the store to get my things myself. Pick up service here sucks! Month and a half ago I purchased tires here, and I purchased brand new wheels for the tires. 8 talked to the tire and lube manager before buying the tires if he had experienced techs that could handle mounting the tires without damaging the new tires, he said yes, so I got the tires and had them installed. Worst decision ever, all 4 brand new wheels damaged in one way or another, wheels were unboxed at the store, thankfully I took pictures as the wheels before the install if not I would of had no proof that they messed the wheels up. Made the claim with the manager at the tire and lube department. Walmarts claims department took care of the damages, but it was time consuming. Spent 45 minutes in queue for pick up today. Called more than 5 times to try and figure out what was up with my order. Took 10 minutes after my last phone call to finally get what I paid for ahead of time. Awesome waste of time on my lunch break. Thanks Walmart, hope you do start closing down stores, local owned stores need to be the norm again.
If I could give 0 stars I would only one lane open and more than 100 people in line waiting for more than 30 minutes
Minus one star just for being Walmart. Almost everything is made in China... Otherwise, this Walmart isn't as horrible as others I've been to. Most of the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes people bathe in the bathrooms here but I blame the area. The staff handle it well at least.
Awful just awful. 2 checkouts and the new no bag rule with no, too little signage. Single employee to oversee 8 registers who does not pay attention. Also, yeah, no bags so they have to check every receipt. Not going back to Walmart!
I was at the cash register getting ready to pay and asked for a price check on an item that was already on clearance for $15.00 and she said that was the price, I told her it can not be the price since it's on clearance and she said that it was it says and she didn't go out of the way to do anything about it and was very rude and not smiling, has np customer service and looks like she hates her job. Walmart needs people who smile say hello how are you doing and how's your day. Hopefully someone can do something about this situation.
Had left a previous 1 star review regarding the service dept's lack of urgency with a bad tire purchased a month ago. Went on today and it didn't start well. But very surprisingly after speaking directly with Ed the store manager and describing my previous issues to him he jumped into action and got my car in and tire replaced immediately, I believe he would of changed the tire himself if he had to! I have not had this type of customer service at a Wal Mart in 30+years! Thank you very much ED!
This store used to be friendly but now the cashiers are rude and lazy. This is the ONLY walmart that Ive been to where they wont bag our groceries. Not to mention the fact that I ALWAYS HAVE TO CHECK MY RECEIPT because they do double scan on a lot of items. I know it cost more but we've been shopping King Soopers for mosr of our food. Wal-Mart seems to put items especially pop on shelves with the WRONG prices and its VERY frustrating to have to argue with an already lazy employee about things they care nothing about..
