Description

All units are individually alarmed! What does this mean? You must enter your privately selected gate code into the "entry" keypad in order to access the property. This code will deactivate your unit alarm while the gate opens for you to enter. When ready to leave the property you must enter your gate code into the "exit" keypad, which will re-activate your unit alarm while the gate opens for you to exit. If an attempt is made to open any unit door WITHOUT the corresponding gate code being entered, the alarms will sound on the property and in the office which immediately notifies staff of the intrusion.

Very nice person named Debbie works there and lives there so she's pretty much always there. Anyway she's great and very helpful. Got me and my storage squared away quickly and gave me a cool pen too. Nice to be treated like a person instead of a customer. Clean, well kept storage options at reasonable prices.

Exceptionally clean. Great rates. Extremely secure. Owner and office staff are personable and helpful. I've rented storages from them twice now. More than satisfied. BEST I've ever rented from. I rented storages in 3 Bay Area counties. 1 other in Lake county. And one in  Connecticut.

Best storage place in the area!! The ladies in the office are super nice and helpful. The facility is very well kept up, clean and quiet! I feel that my belongings are safe and secure there as each unit has its own alarm, so if your code is not put in and someone messes with your unit ,the alarm will go off! Takes a load off my mind also knowing that the owner is there a lot of the time working on the grounds to keep everything so nice..

Jim's mini storage is a great place & great people run it. The units are nice, lighted, clean. The grounds are neat & clean. Each unit is coded to the gate security so they know who goes in & out for security. No insurance but their security is foolproof. Management is on site during regular business hours & they have an emergency # too. My experiences at Jim's Mini Storage have always been reasonable and satisfactory.

I have been there for 8 years now and I love it I feel that my stuff is secure the people are very nice and the place is under surveillance at all times. Love it!! Thank you Jim's storage for helping my store my clutter lol

Fast and easy 100 got me in and out in no time. There is twenty dollar deposit. I got an 8 by 12 for 100 plenty room ìf you know how to organize. And i dò then its a lot of space
