Jimmy John's

I was standing there for a couple minutes while no one was helping me and the sandwich maker was on a personal call. Eventually, I asked the woman if anyone was there to take my order because I had to go to work soon. The woman became irate and started ringing me up with her fingers nearly breaking the touch screen on impact.. She slammed the cup down onto the counter. She clearly resented me for interrupting her. I don't think I'm going to this location anymore. Going to try Joey C's in town on main Street instead.

This is a nearby location to my home. When I pass by here to get a sandwich many times, it is either closed or not open for a period of time. Luckily, I was able to see it open this past weekend. When I arrived, the place felt deserted, ingredients all over the place like pre-cut and not touch for a while and the person working was sitting in the dining area and on the phone chatting and also did that while doing my order at the register and making it which dragged a bit of time. My sandwiches came out good as regular taste of Jimmy John's delight, but I most likely not come back here again unless if there is something improved with the customer service and atmosphere. The worker seemed to not care for the other ingredients around or did not want to do it yet until maybe....a while later.... If you like Jimmy Johns, go to the one in Addison instead until corporate fixes this location. Jimmy John's this is a great convenient location, but the workers need to be improved.

This place needs to get better with the Pesto salad. It's the whole reason I go there and they don't have it half the time. Last time they did have it, it was 2 days expired. Do better.Food: 3/5

After waiting for an hour for our food to be delivered .25 miles away after repeated calls that either weren’t answered or responded to with “they’re on their way” we finally went up to the store to ask for our food. The women working were very nice and remade everything with no questions but there is a serious issue here with management or ownership. It’s probably on us for trying to order again we’ve had the problem more times than I can count but at some point this location needs to make some serious changes or just close entirely.

Long wait time.. so much for jimmy johns being "speedy". I ordered a little john and it took over 15 minutes because Sonya took other orders as the people were walking in.. Not coming back to this location. Maybe all jimmy johns too.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Do NOT get delivery from this location. I was hung up on after trying to make sure that my order went to the correct location after previously having a major issue getting it delivered correctly.Food: 3/5

this store is awful. terrible customer service, and apparently, some drivers must not "feel" the need to deliver some orders. waited almost an hour for my order to be delivered i live less than 5 minutes away. when i called, the guy that answered sounded so uninterested and said it would be another 15 minutes. the guy finally arrived and stated that he had just started his shift and didn't know why any of the other drivers never delivered this. sent feedback through the JJ app, and requested a follow-up from the store. Got home and realized there was NO MEAT & NO AVOCADO on my Beach Club sandwich!?! Never happened to me before!! Crazy lol

This location needs some help. Delivery is not even close to "freaky fast". Repeat customers and last 2 orders took an hour to get. Also, they forgot chips and don't answer the phone so no way to get credit back.

some nasty dirty "man" named bofa who claims to be the manager of this location made several sandwiches wrong and we were missing sandwiches on a order that was placed. I tried calling 7 times before finally walking over there since no one was answering the phones. I get there to see all the phones off the hook and the place was dirty. Bofa immediately became defensive when i explained the problem and said he is not making me anything because he made everything personally. I said fine then refund my order for the missing items and he said no I will do that tomorrow. Really? He literally just stole from me! I will be reporting this to the corporate office. the disrespect and unprofessionalism from this man is enough for me to share will everyone.
