Jimmy John's

My order was placed online. The order process was seamless and was fine but with one issue. The completion of making my ordered never happened so I finally called to see what was going on to find out that "oh that happens sometimes", really? Strange i thought. The sandwich was great though! Quality ingredients at a fair price.

Sandwiches were good. The order taker: Sebastian, was of one the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in customer service. We likely will not be back to this specific location.Food: 5/5

This Jimmy John’s is good but inconsistent. Sometimes the sandwiches are dry and not super tasty but sometimes great. I’ve had better at other Jimmy John’s.Food: 3/5

I'm contemplating giving up on this store. I don't order often but when I do, yes they're "freaky fast" but they're also freaky forgetful!! Forgot my cookie! Oh, we'll credit you. Forgot my drink! Oh, we'll credit you. One time I order a quartered pickle & it's a large. The next time it's a small!! This place is so inconsistent & forgetful I just envision it run by a band of high school boys who, "Are just here until my career takes off, man!" They don't seem to care if they get your order correct at all! I mean you've got a $6 dollar delivery fee & I gave a tip just so you could forget to give me all my food!!!

Ordered pick up. Followed instructions to a T. Saw them using gloves while preparing food as I pulled up. You’d be surprised how many people don’t wear gloves or forget to. I ordered a BLT add onion with no tomato, jalapeño chips, a pickle & a Diet Coke. The only thing I was surprised by was the sandwich is cold. That’s how it’s meant to be & it wasn’t any less delicious though. Store was clean, food was prompt, & staff were friendly. I gave four stars because I reserve 5 stars for places that go above & beyond in all aspects.

Painfully slow. Not even a little fast. Freaking slow. Then, he gave us the wrong sandwiches.

Not a lot options for a quick bite in Chippewa. Thank Goodness there’s a Jimmy John’s. The place is as packed, but they aren’t kidding around when they say “freaky fast”. Card reader was down, but thankfully they had Apple Pay™. Subs weren’t bad.

We ordered our food at about five o clock. We were waiting a while and were wondering if our food wasn't coming. Our sandwiches got to our house about an hour after we ordered, so about 6 o clock. The sandwiches were tasty and good, but the wait took a while. I recommend this place if you want cheap snadwiches, just know that they might take a while to deliver on busy nights.

I asked for a little extra Mayo and lettuce, because they normally don’t put nearly enough on the sandwich. Got my sandwich and it was way to much extra Mayo and lettuce. I couldn’t eat my sandwich it was so disgusting. And they won’t do anything about since “that’s what I ordered”

Ordered ultimate porker, no bacon what so ever on the entire sandwich. They didn’t even let DoorDash know my order was ready. They never updated the website. Tried to call 5 times to find out where order was after an hour and they never picked up one time.
