So, I get being short staffed but this location has went way downhill on the "freaky fast" deliveries. I choose JJ's because I'm usually way past my lunch time and will want to grab something faster than the usual places. Oh well. Today, we ordered by 12:06pm, order did not arrive until 1:00pm and we are 1.2 miles away. The online tracker NEVER updated. When I called twice, I was told both times that a driver was out with our order. Honestly, even in the worst traffic - it shouldn't take that long. One of the three orders did not have what we ordered, how we ordered it. Eh... just not impressed. Tastes good, just wish they could get their act together. -- UPDATE: Ordered again on 08/21/2023 - Something must've lit a fire under them because I ordered at 2:12 and it was delivered by 2:25. Recently placed a large delivery order, the soft drinks had no syrup and they forgot our straws, mayo, and to cut the sandwiches. The sandwiches were also sloppily made compared to any other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. Also, for delivery only a mile away they took 45 minutes, opposite of freaky fast.Food: 2/5

Love this place!!! Chris is a customer service extraordinaire!! He was able to deliver a business lunch freaky fast to our team! Delicious, affordable, clean, friendly! the best part is by far their friendly team! Will always order from this Jimmy Johns! they're the BEST!!!Food: 5/5

The second time I have tried to order and their customer service is awful ruined my lunch break. I ordered from them and they didn't tell me it would be a hour wait for delivery. When I called to see where my food was they said it hadn't left the store yet and I had order 40 minutes earlier. That would have been a good piece of info to tell me it will be over an hour when I placed the order. When I did call they were rude and acted like I was the problem. I guess they don't need my money. I will never order from them again

I haven't been inside a Jimmy John's in a few years but ended up being near one and my kids wanted a sub so we went. I didn't realize they didn't have kid subs so asked for help and was guided to the slim of just meat, cheese & bread. One kid wanted a tomato on it so she proceeds to charge me for so fancy sandwich but their sign said something like veggies free. I couldn't add that to this one but that one or something. It was 1 single slice of tomato and I was making these combo's, so much for their sign saying customer is right. I ordered tomato on mine then gave it to my kid.

Shows to be open till 12am but already closed at 10pm. One Star for poor service failure to communicate with the public on proper hours. 3 employees working, plenty enough to make a sandwich. Jimmy John’s is really going down hill.

I ordered delivery from this Jimmy Johns, and I noticed my food said delivered on DoorDash yet it wasn’t here. Delivery driver made a mistake on the number of my apartment. I wasn’t upset, but did want my food I paid for, so I called them, and explained the situation. Not only did they solve the problem right away, but they were very nice the whole time. Accidents and honest mistakes do happen, and this interaction is proof that they can be rectified without either side being upset.

I'm rating because I'm very surprised at all of the low ratings. I always look at a restaurants ratings before eating there, and anything that is 3.anything is a definite NO. I have been to this location many many times at all different hours and have never had any issues. They are always "freaky fast" and my order is always correct. The staff isn't overly friendly, but they're not rude or dismissive either. At least not in my experience. It does seem like a lot of the bad reviews are in relation to delivery orders, which I can not comment on due to I have never ordered for delivery from this location. But if you are just ordering and picking up or eating there, there should be no complaints.

Ordered online for delivery at 11:38am my order arrived at 12:29. This location is struggling with delivery i'm less than a half mile from the store.

This franchise in my opinion needs to step it up. I ordered a #7 a Italian sandwich the onions actually taste really Bitter!!! Meaning could not eat them and I love onions I know onions can have a strong taste but not to the point where you can spit them out. My sandwich looks like it was just slap together in which it was. I know you guys aim for fast quick delivery but I rather have my sandwich look the part go have all the right amount condiments on! And no one even offer me a bag knowing that I was getting it to go I had to carry everything out the door. With customer service you should automatically know if your customer needs help or not. I’m not trying to put out a bad name but when I see things that could be help I just like to state my opinion, and yes this was an pick up order.
