Love Jimmy John's so much!! This location is always super fast with delivery. And the food is always delicious! We customize all our sandwiches and they're always made correct! They honor The rewards program which just makes JJ even more amazing than ever. The app is pretty awesome because who doesn't love getting FREE food! FREE sandwiches especially yummy!

The teenagers that worked there were so nice, however, management specifically Lauren was an issue. Maybe sandwiches would be delivered in a timely manner and customers would feel more comfortable going in if they put somebody mentally stable in charge. Surely, it can’t be hard to find someone who can make a sandwich AND pass a drug test. Until that happens, I’ll stick to Subway.

Teenagers were great food was good. The older guy that took my order was sitting down got up seemed angry he had to take my order and had food in his mouth.

The food was great but the service was horrible. My daughter and I went just before closing yes I’ve been in food service and know it’s a pain, we did not realize they were soon to close because hours are not posted on door. Online states they close at 10pm but they closed at 9. We ordered 3 sandwiches that were tasty but the lady at register kept her face in her phone til I asked are you ready? The gentleman making sandwiches kept giving us dirty looks and slamming our food around. The dish washer slammed his cup with no lid which made fluid fly out. Ugh, if looks could kill I wouldn’t be writing this review! Very uncomfortable situation for us.

I would stay away from this store during lunch time or whenever Lauren is the manager. She is very rude and disrespectful and has no concern for customers, only for the bottom line. I had a sandwich that was made incorrectly by another store Speedway a reasonable distance away. They were incredibly nice btw... just made a mistake on my sandwich. I came into the Danville store to ask if they would handle the issue for me and the 2 younger employees were very happy to help me and even apologized for what had happened. I thanked them and even told them there was nothing to apologize for. The young man started to make my wrap for me when Lauren approached him and told him to stop immediately. She then approached me and informed me that they would not be fixing another stores mistake and if I wanted the wrap from them that I would have to pay for it again... full price.

Phenomenal service every time. Think something is wrong ? No problem. Just ask amd they'll fix it. Fresh food sliced everyday? Can't ask more than that. Speedy delivery and carryout order. And a super cute pink haired guy works there.

I live 10 minutes away and it took an hour and five minutes to get my delivery. I called after 50 minutes and they said it was delivered. I told them it wasn’t and they discovered it was still at the store. They said they were understaffed and didn’t offer any sort of refund. Then they delivered it to my neighbor two houses down. They rang the bell and left it at their door so I’m thankful they were home. Guess Jimmy John’s isn’t an option for delivery any more.

Fantastic! Granted there was one time they forgot a pickle or a bag of chips but other than that food is great and fresh! Chips are amazing especially BBQ and Salt & Vinegar. The Kickin' Ranch sauce is fantastic! This location has always been fast when delivering.

The worker who checked me out on 5/9 around 3:30pm was not wearing a mask. You would think a corporation like JJ’s where they handle food would take extra steps to ensure their employees are being safe and protecting their customers. I will not be going back to this location.

Just got a sandwich Order from Jimmy Johns We got a giant number 4 and I put no bread taken out and the bread was taken out. And are delivery driver no mask no gloves or nothing and when I called and complain they seemed to didn’t care at all so this Jimmy Johns needs a manger who cares or they need to get a new manger because the manger there they got complaints on before but the General manger won’t do anything about her. Then if customer complain she will throw the phone or scream and yell like a little childish child
