My wife and visited Jimmy’s for the first time around 2:30pm on a Saturday, so kind of in between lunch and dinner time. We were the only patrons inside, but there were several others at the outdoor patio bar. The bartender, a nice guy named John, was our server. Upon ordering, we were told they were out of lasagna a little unusual at 2:30 in the afternoon in my opinion and don’t serve soup during the summer despite the menu we were given having several soup options, with no notice of soup apparently only being seasonal. Rough start so far. John was appropriately apologetic, so at least there was that. My wife ordered the taco nachos, and I ordered angel hair pasta with shrimp. Jimmy’s proudly advertises that their pasta is made in house. About 10-15 minutes after we’d ordered, John let me know the angel hair pasta was “clumping together,” therefore fettuccine was my only other option. Again, for a place that’s been in business this long, with homemade pasta as your specialty, how does that happen? When our food arrived, my wife’s bowl of nachos was big enough to feed 4 people, and they were very generous with the toppings. My lunch-sized bowl of fettuccine had 3 shrimp on it which cost an additional $4 to add and was ok. A tad salty for my taste, but nothing too bad. I am by no means an expert on homemade pasta, but what I will say is some of the fettuccine was a little dry, and a few clumps tasted like they could’ve been cooked a little longer. The rest tasted just about right. Finally, I ordered cannolis for dessert. Not surprisingly, we were told they were out of cannolis. Overall, the fact that they were out of so many items and those are just they items we were aware they were out of warrants 2 stars. The food was a 3 average at best and the service was a 5 granted we were John’s only customers, but nonetheless he was very attentive. We might consider going back, but I also wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend Jimmy’s to friends or family.

Great place I highly recommend. I had to spend a few days in town. Was welcomed like family. They also have some of the best food around. I ate all 3 days there and never a disappointment. The servers and bartenders are some of the best. The locals make you feel like. You have been coming in as long as they have. Love this place. Will come back every opportunity I get. Five stars is not enough.
The service was a little slow but it was so worth it. I had the Monster Burger and Oh My! It was huge, the bun was toasted perfectly and I can say it was the best burger I have had in a long time. Great, fresh cut, fries. Their pasta was really good too. A little pricy for my normal eatery, $11 for the burger and fries, but it was well worth the money. I will be going back.
Great lunch specials. Two people ordered a total of three items with free soft drinks and we spent under $20 with tax. Live music and a large dinner menu. Can't go wrong.
I went for karaoke night on a Wednesday evening. Food was good, waitress was as good as she could be, but the management had too few table servers and the waitress had a hard time keeping up. Not her fault that the management can't get adequate coverage.

Today, as the new leader of all our food operations my goal is to provide our patrons with the absolute highest quality of food on the market and combine that with my expertise and knowledge to create the best dishes in the area. Never went to Jimmy's before my excellent first visit last night. Great restaurant and entertainment. My server provided excellent customer service and it was nice seeing the owner speak to his customers including me. Great job Jimmy! My girlfriend loved it as well, we will be back there for another date night sometime soon!
Food was good, except one person in our party got the coneys. The sauce was too sweet to eat, so he scraped it off and ate just the hot dogs. The real disappointment was the drinks, as some others have stated...very watered down. If I ever go back there, I will get bottled beer, which would have more alcohol than the mixed drinks. We did enjoy the music of Jimmy and the Soul Blazers.
- SLOW service. 40 minutes to get a drink on a Thursday evening and 80 for food. + entertainment was good-- live band Spicey Rhyme + Atmosphere, clean, recently renovated restrooms. It appears the back patio is under construction and will look nice when done + drink taste + food was good, portions were adequate for price
