Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu & Tai Chi offers award winning martial arts programs for children and adults. Kung Fu is the original mixed martial art but with a focus on self-defense rather than competition, In addition, our Tai Chi and Shaolin Fitness programs will help you reduce stress, improve health, fitness, strength, flexibility and balance.

We are the only school offering instruction from a lineage holder in Chen Style Tai Chi who is also a lineage holder in Tian Shan Pai Gong Fu.
