Jin Soon Choi, a native of Korea, is the founder/owner of Jin Soon Natural Hand & Foot Spas in New York City.
Jin’s work is consistently featured on the cover and the inside pages of Vogue, Italian Vogue, W, Allure, InStyle, Marie Claire, Teen Vogue, Elle, GQ, Glamour and Harper’s Bazaar. WWD proclaimed her the “media’s darling,” in a historic seven-page spread featuring her very own nail art. The New York Times Magazine crowned her the “Nail Guru.”
Jin has worked on advertising campaigns for Prada, Dior, Lanvin, Balenciaga, Roberto Cavalli, Bottega Veneta, Missoni, Mulberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Alberta Ferretti, and Louis Vuitton - all shot by prominent fashion photographer Steven Meisel. Additional fashion campaigns include Vera Wang, Elie Tahari, Banana Republic, J.Crew, BCBG Max Azria, L'Oréal, Cover Girl, M.A.C. Cosmetics, Revlon, RMK, Sephora and Maybelline.
Jin and her team are a fashion week fixture ensuring that models hands and feet are runway-perfect. Her most recent shows include Derek Lam, Doo Ri, Rodarte, Proenza Schouler, Rag & Bone, Prabal Gurung, Cynthia Steffe, and Oscar De La Renta.
The first client at Jin’s spa in New York’s West Village was Sarah Jessica Parker and it was here that Ms. Parker did her Vogue interview.
