the first experience i had was great but the second one was terrible and i won't be going back. they charged more than the price i agreed to when i booked with them and they did the wrong service on my head. i also received a "trim" that wound up being a choppy haircut and on top of it all my curls are RUINED. definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone  edit: what i thought was heat damaged turned out to be a perm. these idiots permed my natural hair without my knowledge or consent so now all my years of growing my natural hair out are down the drain. terrible establishment and they should be sued.Service:&nbsp;Blowouts

I really loved my experience. Nice people, good energy, and welcoming place! My hair was done so well, the keratin treatment cowash has worked wonders. I do not waste your money.  I told the lady to put heat protection in my hair because it’s hot outside and she never did. 3hrs after I got my hair done it was back to being bushy. They use the same shampoo on all types of hair. I paid $85. I went for a blow out and flat iron.

Tried to view websites then it brought me to this app that I had to download to see some ridiculous prices  the most expensive salon in Essex. I’ve seen cheaper prices and great service close by. Child am just gonna say your price is way over the top especially for perm.

My daughter loves it here. She says they don't scrub too deep into her scalp. Poor thing don't know shes missing the best part of a wash. Lol

Took me on time, in and out, hair was bone straight and shiny! Booked another appt woke I was leaving!! Everyone was so friendly and kind. Thanks Maria

Didn’t need an appointment just walked right in. The salon was nice and clean. Nice vibe. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no website & no price list so you can know what you are paying..other than that…I left there with bone straight hair
