**Only giving them a 1star cause a negative rating isn't avail** Came in for pedicure last Wednesday. The lady doing my pedi, took so long b/c she kept stopping to watch her show that was playing on the TV in the back of the salon. She did a sloppy job of polishing my toenails. The seats were so uncomfortable,they were regular recliner chairs and you have to sit awkwardly when they do pedicure cause their little cart they use is taller than the seat you are on. The worst was when she just kept stopping repeatedly to watch TV. So annoying. Never again will I come here.

Not going to say names but they need to work on their customer service. Also, it seems like the nail techs don't want to learn how to do nails properly or do anything that isn't just 1 color. Looks like they rely on the owner to do all the cool stuff. So if she's not there, good luck

Ling is my girl for lashes, she does an awesome job!! I've been going to her for almost 2 years now and have never had a problem. I highly recommend. Jasmine did my eyebrows tattoo she also did an awesome job. She made sure that I was happy. This place may be out of your way. Cause not everyone knows where El Monte is but its worth the drive.

Got a pedicure done and the lady that did it was great. She took her time and did a good job. The only set back is that I was on the spa chair for 45 minutes with my feet soaking. Should of been told that I had to wait that long. I will still go back but make sure I make an appointment. Thank you JJ Nails.

I've never had a problem with my ball ladies Jade is no longer there, but Jasmine makes sure I'm well taken care of.

I went here based on the reviews I read online and I absolutely loved it. Jazmin did my nails and helped me quickly decide what design to choose. She's very professional and has good taste. I would definitely return to this place.

I rated one star because it forces you to do so. I honestly didn’t stay long enough to do my nails so I can’t convey my nail experience. I’m very observant so I watching the lady finish up with another client. As they call me to sit and prepare my area. The lady pulled the same cart that was used on the previous client, pulls my foot out of the water to clip my nailsthat were just used on another client. I pulled my foot away, and asked for new tools. The worker replied these are new. I put my sandals on and walked out. It’s really important for a nail salon to use NEW tools, you can get fungus. I’m definitely never even going to consider going back. Look else where people please!
