"If you are looking for a steady workout, something to lose weight, tone muscle, build confidence, or just mix up your routine, give our Boxing classes a try! Our classes are a circuit based workout, where boxing moves are incorporated. Punching the instructor is just one but the MOST fun of the circuit activities, where the otheres will work different muscle groups, agility, balance, or develop better form.We can also help you get into wrestling, or improve your skill to get you more competitive.If you want to train for a fight, or just get more time punching the instructor, we offer private lessons too.All ages and experience levels are welcome! We can find something you will enjoy while getting in your workout."

My son likes to take boxing lessons here. I like that he can choose to take lessons without an expensive months long commitment. I'm able to pay per lesson, and I believe they hold lessons daily. My son is happy with the facilities. It's not just the reasonable price that keeps us going back to JJ's. I rated 1 star because of an unfortunate encounter with a man who seemed to be the owner, although he never identified himself as such. I arrived a few minutes early to pick up my son and got out of my car to wait. I had just spoken to my son, and I was about to walk over to the bar across the lot. The unidentified man stopped me because I had an unlit cigarette in my hand. He rudely asked me to go to the back of the building, I had no idea what he was talking about as he told me it was a "bad look" to have me out there. I realized then that he was referring to my unlit cigarette. I mentioned, as a paying customer, that it wasn't a great look for him to insult me in such a way and proceeded to do as he asked. He took issue with my being insulted and followed me to where he asked me to go and got in my face telling me he "didn't like a bad attitude", I did mention that I was doing what he asked and it seemed that he was the one wth the bad attitude, my mistake. I continued to try to walk away from him, but he kept following me and trying to instigate further argument. At this point, I was becoming concerned that he was going to get physical, so I just went to the adjoining bar parking lot and told him I would stay there and asked that he please leave me alone. I'll add that I realize nicotine addiction is a bad habit, and it's something that I struggle with daily. I never smoke right outside business doors and find it completely reasonable for someone to politely ask me to go elsewhere if I'm disturbing them. However, in this situation, I was not smoking. He was rude and then threatening as I did what he asked anyway. Needless to say, the situation left me flustered and had pretty much ruined a fine day. I'll probably start looking for other places to take my son as the thought of encountering this man again is unappealing, to say the least, and I don't like the idea of giving him my money.
My son started going to JJ’s this week. We originally signed up for 3X a week but I can already tell we will be going more often. He loves it. The instructors and students are knowledgeable and welcoming. He gets a good workout and it feels like a “team” atmosphere.
10/10 would get punched here again. But in more detail, JJs boxing classes are awesome. I get a great workout every time and the classes serve as a great outlet when I’m stressed from work. Never thrown a punch? No problem here. JJ will work with you to teach you the right way to do it. Also! Classes are incredibly affordable. So you can get in shape on a budget. Overall, going to these classes has been the perfect addition to my week and I recommend to anyone even remotely interested to come in and give a class a try.
We LOVE JJ's! My kids cannot wait every week twice a week to go to boxing. JJ's is not just about boxing. It's about comraderie, discipline, self-control, and acceptance of one another with all skill levels. Anything less will NOT be tolerated. I am in awe of how everyone welcomes new members without judgment and eagerly shows them what they know. Lo and JJ equal themselves at every practice with patience and encouragement for those that are eager to genuinely learn!
I like everything about being a learning Member there.a great place to become the person you see in yourself. They bring out the good in all who enter.
I was hooked my first day. Four years later and still keep coming back for a great workout.
This class has great structure and get a perfect amount of one on one work with the instructor to improve form. I learned a lot in just my first class. JJ is encouraging in a compassionate way, you can tell that he cares about your success. I left feeling like I had gotten a solid, challenging workout.
I love working out here. I have done other boxing-style workouts which were really more like HIIT workouts with heavy bags included. Here you actually learn and improve your skills while getting an excellent workout.
I booked a first one on one session for my boys. Due to some miscommunication with the online system, the session never took place. I reached out to JJ explaining my frustration and disappointment. JJ was very apologetic and accommodating for my rough experience. He acknowledged the error and accepted accountability. It’s safe to say he understood the customer service experience assignment! I look forward to booking again!
Great trainer, my school goes there to do boxing and he is very interactive with all the students, he really gets on a personal level. We love going there.
