Joseph and his staff are absolutely amazing! He has taken care of my family's insurance needs for the last 6 years. Joseph and his team came in at the right time and helped me with insurance, even in the middle of me being pregnant, while this time I chose an HMO plan, I still was able to get most things covered and taken care of for the birth of my baby without many surprises.... the only thing is to make sure you can use it everywhere you might go.... example many of the urgent cares for children around me won't take it anymore which is no fault to his team, I just have to upgrade my plan. They made things easy and stress free!
Joseph is very professional and helpful. I help me get the insurance the same day as soon as submitted the documents required. I had a very good experience with them.
