Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores

Place generally has lots of stock. Prices have increased while some fabric quality has drastically been affected. Several times team members have not or refused to scan app coupons even though they would work and had to get a manager to refund the difference. I just shopped there last night. I would have given 5 stars BUTT!!!! They have refurbished this entire store EXCEPT for the bathrooms. They are dates and smelled bad no good air filtration to get out bad orders people leave behind. Now I know to go to bathroom before or after I leave. Why would you have this great new store with new finishes and bright lights but then keep thr bathroom dreary and old and nasty?? Like the new cutting lanes AZ now you type ur name in. You can see on big screen when u are next and what cutter to go to. There are more cutters so less wait. No more thanking that little ticket thing. That was great. Store so much better organized. Again loved everything except that bathroom sitch. Can we get someone on that please for the love of God. Ty.

every time i come here i have to mentally prepare myself for how long checkout is going to take. i’m here at least once a week and every single time the entire store is completely empty except the full checkout line which has only 1 person on register. it’s infuriating waiting 20 minutes in line to buy a single item. the store itself has trash on the shelves and is severely understaffed

We love Joanne’s in Apple Valley! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Plus they have the greatest arts and crafts supply and cute home décor. Rhubarb had fun checking out the store and trying so much love.

Lots and LOTS of fabric! They had a renovation a few years ago and this store is now extremely nice! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will come back and would recommend!

Very helpful staff...guided us to discounted fleece so we would save money for a project. Good holiday sales.

There were a few people checking out and only one register was open. It took a little time to get checked out. The employees are always very helpful and the selection of fabrics is great.

This is the best Joann's. Their wall of yarn is wonderful - so picturesque and beautiful. I went for a great sale. Big Twist for $2.50. And Red Heart for $3.49. I buy yarn for a friend who crochets hats for school kids. It was so much fun buying so many colors. You should remodel all your Joann's to be like this one.

Wow, I haven't been in a Joanne in a long time. This place has definitely had an upgrade and I loved shopping here. Easy to find things, creative and interesting displays, and tons of workspace! Now I just have to get in on one of those classes...

I placed an online curbside pickup and all the spots were full for me to park in. One of the employees noticed my car driving around and came to me when I was waiting to turn down another row to find a spot. It was a busy day so I was just so shocked and grateful he noticed me. Thank you very much for you amazing customer service!
