We want you to love your Jo & Co. experience! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within seven (7) days of purchase date for exchange or store credit ONLY.
Items eligible for return must exhibit the following quailities:
Perfect, unused, unwashed condition
o Items worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, smoke and/or perfume smell are not accepted.

Accompanied by receipt
Note: Gift items, jewelry, other accessory items, and intimate apparel garments are not eligible for return. All sales final for Spanx, Nippies, and For Love & Lemons Skivvies branded apparel; 2 Queen B’s, Treska, and Lucky Brand accessories; and Get Fresh products. Any clearance items marked “final sale” are not accepted.
Final Note: Our return check policy is set at $25 per Oklahoma state law.
