This is the largest Joann I have ever seen. Everything was organized and they had a great selection of yarn and fabric.
Have everything you need to make whatever.i am an Elvis fan .so I made an Elvis belt from Joanns fabric .bought most of things I needed there .iam working on a second belt .i also paint an I bought my paint from Joann fabrics to make these two painting of a deer an moose on.wood an fake stone .
Very impressed with the selection, organization and quality. Needed to seek people out to find what I was looking for but everyone knew where things were. Allison at the register took time to show me how I might fix a zipper pull issue and determined the thing I thought I needed actually wasn’t going to work for my coat. It was truly above and beyond from a customer service perspective and I really appreciated her help!
Ok, tell me if you heard this one already. A little old lady enters the fabric store. It's wonderfully huge, but a challenge to walk so far looking for Natural Non Flammable fabrics. Exhausted, yet happy with what she found she slowly makes her way to check out. By now she's thinking, golly just let get this done so I can feel happy sewing items for the animal shelter. Once at the counter she encounters a nice lady with "Allison" on her name tag. It's nice to see a smile when you're so exhausted, thank you powers that be. Surprise! The check out process went smoothly, no rudeness, never rushed and TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING..... Allison not only showed me how to save money this time, but for future times. Allison has shown good customer service and organized time usage. Can we please clone her for where I go to for lunch? Thank you Allison and bless your heart.
this jo anns is HUGE especially in the yarn and fabrics section. anytime i go in to get yarn i never have trouble finding the exact color or type i’m looking for. plus the employees are all super kind and helpful :

The staff is simply fabulous and friendly. They are so helpful with so many projects. I always feel like I am among friends. What a great place to start a new rhing!
I really like the remodel-- it looks much cleaner and more modern now! Pros: Good selection Curbside is easy and fast Lots of coupons available Cons: Checkout line is almost always long and slow. Aisles are not demarcated in any way like "aisle 5" so it can be difficult to find things in store
The store was redone in October 2022 but this is the first time I've been in since then. The store is wonderful!
The ladies who do the cutting are not nice people so I was planning to give a bad review until I got to the register. Phoenix was so kind and wonderful. She gave me the best customer service I have had since being in South Burlington. 10 out of 10
