I went to pickup an item I ordered on line and I like to support our local vendors. The reason I am rating them as poor is because I did not like being followed by the security guard. REALLY I even asked him why are you following me. I get the fact that there are issues with this area they are in however I'm a 68 year old and well dressed woman and certainly do not fit the model of a theft.I will NOT shop here anytime soon
Employees couldn't be bothered to be asked questions. This was my first visit to Joann's. The way I was sized up just entering the store, much like my experiences when I used to shop at the Ross store that's on the same side as this store in shopping center is,that I've spent more than $100 each visit; I will no longer shop at. Matter of fact, I don't even shop the Big5 on same side as these stores, anymore for the same reasons. I'm a big fan of shopping local first,but when your local stores are making you feel like a stranger who's out to do them dirty and they're your only option,short of traveling to the next town over because the "convenience" is not enough for me tolerate or accept overall,to spend my time or money at again and again to be left feeling like they are doing me a favor and I should be so lucky they haven't all resorted to TSA-ing me just window shopping.
3 employees were worthless. They couldn't do basic math & were Rude. Told us to go somewhere else. A sinking ship for sure
I called to check if an item that said was available at this location online was in fact available. I was friendly as I tend to be because I know working retail isn’t the greatest, yet the people I talked to were rude. Cutting me off, speaking in a harsh manner, it wasn’t cool. When they came back to the phone to confirm they didn’t have the item, I was in the middle of thanking them and wishing them a good day and they hung up on me. All I’m asking for is the bare minimum.
Poor selection of fabrics. Closes doors far before closing time. Don't waste your time.
Happy holiday to the Joanne Fabric and Craft staff. The staff was very helpful I needed to but to get prepared for a funeral. Found what I needed and the chain has always been helpful during my visits in the last 4 years. Happy holidays. Big Broom
Well what I needed happened to be on sale. Always great
Staff is nice, but the store always looks a little rough. Shelves are kind of bare and things are sometimes in a disarray.
Worked there last year, the managers barely train the new staff and they tend to be rude to new younger staff.
Excellent customer service Everything is beautiful Pricing is perfect Easy to find interesting things
