Unhelpful and rude staff. The lady in the fabric/lace ribbon area was rude as we were looking for some ribbons and was mumbling and complaining about people opening the ribbon reels,kept asking us if we are ALL DONE as if to say finish and leave. When she was measuring the laces kept rolling her eyes as if we were troubling her by buying the items. If you hate your job maybe find another one but dont be rude to people who give u business.

Very nice staff in the store. I had a project for my daughter and they had all sizes of foam sphere for me to purchase. Look for coupons for savings.

Great and quick service. Had everything I needed and large selection.

Edward is a really nice cashier! Great selection of decorative paper pretty much the only thing I ever buy at Joann. Well organized, quiet store.

Great store for all that have an interest in arts and crafts. Friendly staff, clean store and well stocked. Highly recommend to anyone.

I still like shopping in this store even though it is sort of old inside, but they have a great selection and most times I can use my coupon. I'm not 100% sure, but I think they're closing because apartments are being built over there, for sure 99 cent store is closing very soon. Oh well, I suppose Hobby Lobby will do.

One of my wife's & daughter's favorite stores! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always seem to have the items we are looking for, no matter how obscure. Clean and well stocked every time we visit.

I love this place! It lets my creative side have fun in the middle of this pandemic.

I can always find whatever I'm looking for or need in this very clean and organized store. Large selection of fabrics, crafting supplies, and seasonal holiday items as well. My go-to place for Christmas ribbon!!! They always have great deals on it around that time of year. The staff are very nice, someone always greets me when I enter the store. Also they offer coupons on the website which is nice too. Would highly recommend visiting if you are into crafting. Check out the clearance aisle in the back as well for really good deals on discounted fabrics and lots of other stuff!

Great place to shop. People are very nice and helpful. Lots of parking. Many other stores in same location .
