If you knit, crochet, or just started making chunky blankets, JoAnn's is for you. They have probably the most extensive collection of all types of yarn anywhere. While they are well known for material and sewing supplies, they also have a nice selection of the new peel and stick wallpaper and tiles as well as home decor.I'm impressed by the beautiful designs of the peel and stick wallpaper.. If you join their loyalty program, you will receive weekly coupons that make their pricing very reasonable. Ample close and free parking.
Wow, I super love going to this store— the staff is ALWAYS so nice and so resilient and professional. Today I was at this location, Carol was my cashier— always a doll. The other cashier at the front was Kathleen Kerecman who has taken care of me multiple times and is as sweet as can be. Well, today Kathleen was taking care of someone who must have been having the worst day of her entire life: she was so rude and was lashing out at Kathleen like a wild animal, basically spitting in her face for a good five or more minutes straight also, this lady was totally holding up the line for all of us, I would rate her less than 0 stars. My babe Kathleen, this beautiful, wonderful sweetheart, was SO patient and professional in the face of this lady being an absolute jerk to her. By the way, this lady was yelling about some discount with an online order vs a pickup… if you ask me the cutting mats looked completely different. She also straight up said that Jo Ann’s should refund her AND give her the mats— like this is how ridiculous this rude woman was being. Anyway, Kathleen I hope your day gets better, I hope that nasty lady doesn’t write a review in, and if you’re reading this like let’s me friends. Rude lady, if you’re reading this just know that next time I won’t keep my mouth shut. You can’t just talk to people like that. And Joann’s corporate, if y’all are reading this give Kathleen some extra PTO or something. Kathleen was already working two hours after her shift had ended!!! Y’all best believe I stayed to talk to the manager about this whole ordeal.
My dining room chairs needed re-upholstering after a 2700 mile move across country. JOANN'S experts directed me to the best selection and to the batting and fiber for cushion replacement as well. The decisions were easy with great advice from their team.
They had just what we needed for a project we started. The staff was so friendly and very helpful and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Prior to coming to this store, we had went to another chain store similar and they were rude and overpriced. So glad we found JOANN! We will definitely be back for future crafting projects.
Most items had no prices on them. They had a big sign saying 40% off on lots of things but there were no prices, so 40% off of what?? Found what I was looking for verified that it said it was the right thing on the shelf it was supposed to be $7.99 with 40% off, but of course I got to the register and it was 2499 with 40% off so I just left. I did complain to the cashier about things that were in the entryway with a big 40% off sign on them with no prices. She couldn't tell me the price either. And acted a little myth that I wanted to know the prices of things. But I don't think she'd be working as a cashier if she had tons of money, so why is it so strange to her that I'd want to know the price of something before I bought it?
I love Joann Fabric's. It is on the pricey side but if you shop when they have assorted sales through out the year and use their coupons as well you can get a good deal. And they also allow coupon stacking and they price match too.
This being one of the few places that still carry fassion fabric anywhere anymore, I am kinda stuck with this as my only option for fabric. The service I find is hit or miss. It is often hard to find someone to get you the things they have locked down like blades and scissors. The people cutting the fabric never seem very friendly. I always feel like I am an imposition on them. The people who run the checkout counter though are always pleasant and helpful. It's weird there is such a mix of service though.
They are very knowledgeable and helpful when you are trying to find things you need for crafting projects. I had a great experience here very friendly staff.
Some things were empty but the mission was to look for early holloween items. Overall the store was clean and the staff was very helpful. They even went to rhe back to see if they had more holloween items.
Great and convenient location! Staff is always so friendly and show sincere interest in why you are shopping with them! They always ask me what I'm working on and always direct to the exact item or aisle for whatever I'm looking for. I have the app on my phone and ser up my email with them and I am able to use multiple coupons! So I usually save quite a good amount! They are quite more expensive compared to hobby lobby but sometimes they have things that I cant find at hobby lobby and vice versa. Over all, I love the staff! They always go above and beyond for me.
