Great store and the cashier very good at helping out the customers I get what I look for for my day of dead celebration.

The experience I had was not pleasant. The store wasn’t that big, but they should have aisle numbers so that the workers could correctly direct customers to the right place to look for items. The worker didn’t know where the safety pins were. She described the aisle that she thought had them, which wasn’t so helpful.

Joanna is one of the few remaining fabric stores with most things needed for sewing, maintaining and repairing clothes, costume jewelry creation, and other creative crafting.

Joann’s is great! Clean and has everything you need for all your projects! The only thing I would like to see an improvement in is better quality jewelry finding! I only deal in Gold filled but they don’t carry anything like it!

I visited this store to find 2 specific school color ribbons to make a lei for my son's graduation. The colors were hard to find and I have already went to different stores to look for them. The team member at the store named Lisa asked if I needed help, and I told her what I was looking for. She help me look through the entire collection of ribbons for the size and colors I needed. I was very happy with her customer service and she was very friendly and patient with me. She even helped on some other items I was looking for and she rang up my purchase. I was so happy to find the exact colors and enough ribbons to make leis for my son and his teachers. Thank you Lisa!

Smaller store but still has a great selection

Poorly staffed. Average selection of fabrics/nothing special. Store survives by offering an exorbitant number of discount coupons. Unfortunately for the customer they have little competition .

Stock was a bit low for what I wanted but I found something suitable and I got two coupons processed and the cashier was wonderfully nice

This is a small location, but the employees are very friendly and willing to help out. The fabric selection is about 50% of the store, so it’s well stocked even for being small.
