She loved the jewelry industry but had such passion for selling engagement rings and took pride working with her customers. Throughout the years of selling engagement rings she noticed that many customers were settling for what was in the case, when they couldn't find what they were exactly looking for. Joanne decided to start a business for customers looking to buy one of the most special gifts of a lifetime. It takes a long time to find the person you want to spend the rest of your life with, so why settle for anything when it comes to choosing your rings. Purchasing an engagement ring or wedding bands is a very big step in life, you should be able to take your time and pride in picking what's right for you. Joanne felt that pledging a lifetime commitment deserves special treatment so she created a private atmosphere for her customers to feel relaxed. She knew with her design aspect she could be of great help to her customers in creating a memory that will last forever.
