Kim is the most patient, understanding realtor I have worked with. Her response to my inquiries were so quick I had the first showing appointment the next day. If I could give you zero stars I would. I had an agent contracted for one year and for one year I remained more positive than the assigned agent. Please know we were suggested to you by a friend and I regretted that. Please know that it is a One Year Contract Potential Sellers!!! My agent was like that ad on TV....Where the agent shows up in their Pizza Delivery car to sell your house. The selling of my home was a part time job to her. I suggested the few ideas to bring attention to it. All Watson did was continue to berate my phone with "Lower the Price". I honestly believe they never showed it themselves and I could never get positive feedback or any real feedback on the showings they did have with other realtors. I even started calling the "cards" left to get some feedback because it was the exact opposite of what the agent would say. When the agent did start with feedback, it was screen shots of your site. After that, I didn't find any cards left in the house. But you are Just Brokers after all. Perhaps because the agent had made a mistake on the original selling agreement and I was penalized for that mistake was why Watson stopped caring. In case Watson would like to discuss this, I saved every text sent to me regarding the selling of my house. Just now, I am trying to get back the key to my house, because they took it, and a Jennifer was very rude to me stating "She did not care" about the facts of this unsatisfied customer...Even after I let her know I would leave a review, she stated "She didn't care" Now I cannot get back my house key unless I subject myself to this hostile company with an appointment? I lost a year to only be rewarded with harassment. I will copy and paste this review to as many review sites that I can because Jennifer "DOES NOT CARE" by the way. It nice to know that you must sell so many houses you can speak to someone that way, right Jennifer
Obviously, you aren’t interested in real feedback. If you were you would separate the questions regarding Sarah and Watson. You ask the questions in such a way that you can’t answer no unless you were unhappy with both. What if I love Sarah and hate Watson? Can’t answer that.
