I wanna take this time to be completely honest about my experience with Mr. Hernandez. He is bold and extremely attentive. It’s actually very entertaining to see him work, especially in the court room. But aside from that what he has, is his word. He is extremely upfront and blunt, unlike other lawyers. He is extremely informative throughout the whole process of your case. He not only wins cases, but slam dunks them. My name is Mario Salazar and I personally say That my experience with Mr. Hernandez has been over a 5 star rating! He is the absolute best when it comes to winning cases. I definitely put my five star recommendation on this gentleman. A man of his word and one hell of a lawyer. Thank you for my freedom.
The thing that impressed me the most about Mr Hernandez was his dominion in the courthouse. You can’t help but notice, hear, and apreciate how he takes control over the courtroom. He is well versed in both Spanish and English and when he speaks you can tell is knowledgeable and experienced. He is also very hands on. Answers your phone calls and returns texts promptly. I highly recommend Mr Hernandez and will use him again if anything else happens.
This attorney stepped into my brothers case when no one would him being a past felon and his initial attorney dropping the ball. He got in there and tackled one of the worst cases where my brother was facing 25-life with Judge Robert Johnson who clearly gives all minorities a harsh sentence. Mr Hernandez somehow managed to work miracles with DA somehow convincing them to give my brother time served and drop enhancements! He was a habitual offender technically on paper but a reformed veteran who had relapsed and made a bad choice! Thank you Mr Hernandez for giving my brother another chance and making things right! I had a case that would put me away for 2-20 years in prison. My ex husabnd told a lie to the police to have me taken away instead of him. While I was in jail Joe talked me through and calmed me down. From No Bail Joe was able to grant me one for less than 2k. We met at his office made a packet and gave it to the District Attorney. He was so graceful with the case and assured me he will protect me. A couple months later at his office Joe gave me the great news my case was dismissed. Joe can really work miracles! This Christmas i'll be able to celebrate with my 3 children in peace because of Mr. Hernandez. Thank you
Joe is a very considerate attorney. I can't express how great he was while helping with our case. He always answered his phone or text no matter the time we called or texted him. He would come out of his way on weekends to open the office for us. He even offered us a payment plan. He is very family oriented and understanding! I would definitely refer him.
Mr.Hernandez is a very good lawyer he is a hands on lawyer helped my family a lot. My mom would always say he always answers her calls or text. He’s very honest and nice and I absolutely loved having him as our lawyer.
He worked on my family‘s case took him a week to call me back even after he was paid , in the quart room it’s like he’s is afraid to speak up to the judge it’s like he’s afraid to fight back with the DA whatever they say that’s what it is and he stays quiet that’s not professional I feel like he needs more experience being a lawyer than actually being one . But I guess it’s like they say you get what you pay for
