Joe Riscky's Barbeque

Truly excellent BBQ. Sweet sauce, and right by a brewery! The sausage bomb is a must have, it is wonderful! I'll be back very soon.

It was a little hard to find, bit once there, was amazed at how nice both Joe's and the brewery were. The food was amazing. We had brisket, which was tender and had just the right amount of fat and crust. The mac and cheese was surprisingly good, with a bit of chopped beef on top. The potato salad was tasty and the portions were very generous. Joe is there himself, serving both meats and friendly conversation. You can't go wrong here, a great place to meet friends. Will go back when the weather is better.

I personally did NOT EAT here. But by god the smells this place gives off is beyond gods touch! My girlfriend and I went to Wild Acre brewing and noticed they were offering food. Unfortunately, I waited to long to pull the trigger to walk up to the gentleman and his respectful son who were offering such MIGHTY smells and delicious foods that were SOLD OUT. YES! I said it. Sold out. My rating is about the smell and Jesus Christ and all that is holy......I can’t wait to come here and actually eat!

Although I’m a Texan, I don’t really like barbecue. With that being said, this place is fantastic. We got the sausage bomb, brisket, and Wagyu sausage. Their sauce is different, but delicious.

This was excellent BBQ. The brisket was so tender and juicy, and the BBQ sauce was delicious! I will have to eat here again the next time we're at Wild Acre Brewing Company.

Would give this place Zero if I could. This place is closed permanently. I went to this place and it was very hard to find. The sign on the pictures is not up. I did find it though and went in and they said it was not open and has been closed. Looked like a kitchen that would be repurposed. Was not happy to have looked it up on Google Maps as open only to find it gone! UPDATE: here is the response I got after posting this review. Response from the owner Thanks for your review. Not sure you can review a restaurant that’s not open... My Response to whom ever wrote this is why have it listed as open on Google Maps if it is not open? I looked up this place in Google Maps and after a hunt and asking several people found the place and it had no food and no service. I highly recommend taking this listing off of Google Maps.

Best brisket sandwich I’ve ever tasted Worth ever penny, plus they gave free Grisel to my doggo. Can’t complain :D
