Super cute old times espresso bar. Good espresso and fast service.

Here's a step into the past! The cappuccinos are delicious, and if you're into graphic design the lettering on the windows is beautiful to see. It's so nice to see a place with roots in the community still going.

Great espresso…$5.00 for two. This place is like walking into a time capsule…from about 20 years ago….well, maybe 30. It’s a dive. It’s basic. Not at all pretentious. We will go back to play pool….

Yes, place stuck in the 80s/early 90s. Don’t go for the ambiance or food. Go for the best cappuccino in town!

A perfect place to “share a table and make a new friend” as Joe has mentioned at the cafe. Portuguese influence and totally relaxing place with great coffee.

Not the best cappuccino in town but definitely the most generous and unique! Kind owners. Cool mix of people. I will be back for some food next time.

Joe's has been my go-to coffee place since my early twenties... Super friendly, the coffee is amazing ...great place to make friends, meet up with friends and hang out watch a game! They serve food, adult drinks, there's pool etc...come hang out!!

Not sure what happened to this place - espresso is still good, but don’t come here unless you are looking to hang out with a bunch of sketchy dudes. There was literally a guy smoking a joint blocking most of the front entrance which one had to go around to get in. Def not a welcoming environment for women as my mom used to come here all the time and refused to come inside.

If you're on Commercial Drive you have to go to Joe's. Joe is still there too, so ask for Joe! Great ice cream floats, you can mix the ice cream with your favorite pop.

Well, they don't have the best Cappuccinos in town. I see why people say that-because of the size. But, it's your basic Cap. And sadly all over priced for store baught dessertsnot made in house. And the sandies are what you'd make on a lazy day at home. The space is nice, good for billiards and getting some work done or reading a book since there is no music playing. But it is a sports cafe, so the tv will probably be playing a game of some sort. PS: they put chocolate on their cappuccinos
