Joe's Crab Shack

I've been here a few times, the food has always been delicious, no complaints there, the crab and coconut shrimp is really good. The service needs improvement, that's why I don't rate the 5 stars.

Exceptional....celebrated my daughters 17th birthday tonight. Our waiter name was Chris. He was excellent. Recommend this place to everyone. My first time there. My daughter's second.

They say 3rd time the charm but not with this place. This is the third time my corn was undercooked. It tasted like I was biting into a rock. My sausage was completely undercooked. For some odd reason every time I order pick up my meal comes cold and I end up waiting 30-40 min for a wrong order. The manage Brandon is super sweet and tried to work things out for me but honestly you can have great hospitality.. at the end of the day it's about the food. I've noticed quality has decreased over the years and it's sad to say that after 4 years.. I am no longer giving them my business.

Had reviewed Joe's 2 years ago and gave it 5 stars. Went a few weeks ago and noticed the quality of service and food has gone down. I guess they were remodeling the bar area and when asked for 3 different whiskeys they had in the menu, was told they did not have. Service was so so and the food was mediocre. Also noticed that the place was only about half full on a Saturday night compared to full with a 20 min wait 2 years ago. Come on Joe's, we want better quality!

Had a great time for dinner, they ran out of a few items on the menu but the manager Brandon took care of us. Andre our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and well mannered. The near by server Chris was quite amicable and entertainment,I will definitely request him next time. Overall Pretty good food and fair prices. Thank you guys for making our night especially Chris.

Service was good but the food was horrible. I have a high expectation for Joe and come to love it while living in Jacksonville. I got a steam pot as well as my wife. It appeared to have been cooked for several hours or was the leftovers from the day. Very watery. Not portioned correctly just horrible. My bill was $120 for 2 and I expect more for that price.

Amazing I'm impressed ! I ordered the steamer pot and it came with a pound of clams and mussels and shrimp with corn and potatoes. It was delicious and filling!!!! There drinks are very big and with reasonable prices. My waiter was very friendly and gave us a complientary drink!!!! I'm definitely coming back here again!

We were very excited to go to a nice restaurant in Vegas. We made reservations online, when we arrived the host could not find our reservation and instead of offering to use another form to find our reservation, instead he attempted to accommodate us by having us sit and wait at the bar, after two minutes when we obviously were not going to sit at the bar and spend all our money he seated us. Once we were seated we were greeted with a menu of entres that were all over $20 and sides that were atleast $8.95. All of the items were overpriced for the amount of food you receive. The waiter was fidgety and bad at communication his only redeeming quality was grabbing our bill immediately. The crab shack was more interested in looks and putting on a show than serving a decent amount of food for what you pay for. Once we left the restaurant is not designed well to let you out table wise we went home full relatively happy and hydrated because they only serve water or wine. My grandmother got sick and threw up and hours later my sister got sick and threw up. They both ordered the fried shrimp. Be warned they only serve water no real non alcoholic beverage optionals, it's overpriced, and they aren't cooking their shrimp correctly. The waitstaff who served water were very nice and quick but all in all it wasn't a very enjoyable experience.

Horrible waiters. Long wait. They served my food cold,asked the waiter about something that was on the menu and she completely denied that they sell them all because she was in a rush and she only came to our table to get us drinks and bring our food. She never came to check on us. [we got our drinks when we got our food] Don't eat at this location especially if you're a minority. You're definitely not welcomed there.

As good as all Joe's shacks. Food very good, although they don't serve butter unless you request it? Really, think about what your offering ppl. Hostess took a little long to greet me as she was chit chatting with somebody that just walked in before me who I assume worked there by there conversation. Should have told the "off the clock" employee to hang on. Otherwise great
