Buying a rural house, recommended by the realtor for septic inspection - owner said his inspection was expensive, but comprehensive. He charged over $600 for pumping/inspection. Fast forward to the next time I needed pumping/inspect - they said the tank was completely full, effluent pump was not working. Plumber comes, says the pump could never have worked, it was a 110v sump pump connected to a 220v circuit. So, end of story, Seep and Sons charged me a large amount for an inspection they did not do, as no one ever got down in the tank and tried that pump. Don't believe the hype about these guys from realtors and other paid reviewers.
We have used Seep’s for many projects, big and small. We recently hired them to assist with a guest and master bathroom remodel. Seep’s helpful and knowledge staff made a daunting task tolerable. Projects were completed on time and under budget! We are very pleased with the service and product quality provided! Whether you have a plumbing emergency or are making some home improvements, you’ll want to call Seep’s!
We had a great experience with Joe Seep. He came out two days and did a fantastic job. We have a very, very old house and there are always problems, but these guys just did a great job. I would use them again anytime. Andrea & Ron
I called this company on a Thursday. I live about 45 minutes away from their headquarters, so I inquired if they would be willing to service my residence. The woman on the phone was very friendly. She said she would ask Joe, and he would call me back by Friday to let me know one way or the other. It's been two weeks, and I haven't heard a word. Very disappointing considering the other reviews stated they were quick to respond.
Had them come for a clogged sewer drain faild to inform me that they might not be able to fix Pryor to them cutting my sewer drain in half then left my house with out fixing the pipe that thay cut. After arguing with the owner who has horrible customer service about the price of the bill which was $100 at that point he agreed to take half $50then 2 weeks later he sends me a bill in the mail for $105. Never herd of a plumber wo dident have the tools to Do there job
I have had Joe Seep do several projects for our business and our home for more than 30 years now. Everything that Joe and his employees have done have far exceed our needs and expectations. The best story that I can share with everyone was back in a cold January in 1998 when our well pump died. Joe himself came out to service our well when the temperature were in the teens. He put in a new well pump that has lasted better than 15 year now and we will always be greatfull for Joe's good old fashioned work ethic and dedication for the customer. Since that time have a had several other projects from septic work to electrial jobs that have always exceed my expectation and left me and my family very satisfied. I would highly recommend Joe Seep to anyone.
Outstanding service & knowledgeable staff. I use them for all of my plumbing and electrical work. Excellent work & fairly priced. Especially love Terry! He's awesome!
The guy is so nice and answered all my questions since I just moved here and am new to this kind of plumbing. Prices I think are really great
In and out in one hour for a hot water heater install reasonable priced
