I started my lending career at Stockton Savings about 35 years ago as a loan processor then as a Loan Officer which included duties of not only originating residential loans but also underwriting and approving loans for aproximatley 14 years. After working at a couple of different Direct Lender Companies, I opened my own loan office of Faria-Flemmer Mortgage for several years. Since making the difficult decision to close this office, i have been truly enjoy working with the great people at Alpine Mortgage Planning for the last 10 years! I pride myself in counseling my clients to find the best lending options for their needs and help them acomplish their goals. My Integrity and honesty is what is most important to me for my clients. I also have an awesome team, my assistant, Ross and my Transaction Coordinator, Kelly, I could not possibly serve my clients very well without them!
I have been a member of the Lodi Tokay Rotary Club since 1991 and Past President of the club in 2004-2005.
