broken furniture, they will make you wait longer to get a replacement than the original that they sent broken. you will notice this is due to their packing method and yet it will take longer to get me the glass table than the original order.. I even reached out them and no customer service... be very weary of what you order from companies like Wayfair who i ordered this from.

Hey sorry I left a sour review previously but this is a great company I worked for the warehouse and everyone is wholesome. The furniture is nice and beautiful and the temp agency I worked for was good as well. I appreciate the time that I had there but I was terminated due to an family event that happened. I hope that you all continue to purchase your furniture from here. -Joshua

The worst place to bring a brand new trailer.they will literally Dig holes on trailer side walls and drag all pallets to the floor While loading. Stay away from this place.

This company will not deal directly with customers. Only the vendor you purchased the item through. Company does not care about customer service or customer. I would not recommend purchasing furniture with this company.

I came here for pick up. a guy at the shipping office has got a paperwork for me but just closed a window right in front of me because he need to go for lunch. it makes me to wait another 30 minutes to get my paperwork.

Great company, in and out time 1 hr, friendly staff

We were really excited about our new counter-height table and stools. They are repurposed with an old barn look and looked great. After about two months the finish began wearing off of our table on the edge where I have sat about 25 times to do work on my computer. Then the finish started wearing off around the entire table. I went through the store from where I bought the furniture, but the company, Jofran, refuses to do anything about this. After about three months the screws began falling out of the bottoms of the stools, so we had to glue those into the stools in hopes that they will stay together because the same screws continued to fall out. Soon after this, the rubber nails on the bottoms of the legs began to fall off. Seven months into owning the dining room set and the furniture looks like it's been used for a lifetime. I guess I got my "old" barn look, huh? We are NOT rough on our furniture and there are three of us here and we don't even use the table every day. Such a disappointment. I've had furniture from IKEA that I've put together myself that has remained looking better and has lasted longer.
