John Pica has been a practicing attorney since 1983. He is a former State Senator and member of the House of Delegates. In the Senate, he was Deputy Majority Leader, Chairman of the Baltimore City Senators, Chairman of the Administrative, Executive, Law Review Committee, and Chairman of the Senate Rules Committee. John Pica served as member of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee and the Senate Finance Committee. In the House of Delegates, he was Chairman of the House Banking Subcommittee and a member of the House Appropriations Committee and the House Economic Matters Committee.
John Pica was a member of a major litigation firm for 23 years before establishing Pica & Associates, LLC. His primary areas of practice are representing corporations, individuals, and organizations in front of the Maryland Legislature as a lobbyist, Local Government lobbying, representation in front of local liquor and zoning boards, and litigation.
