I was in great pain and I’m certain a bit cranky when I arrived at the care center. The staff made such a difference. I saw three smiling women waiting to help me. And help they did! I was literally handed off to each person who kindly and efficiently moved me through the process. Kelly discussed my issues with me and answered all my questions and concerns fully in a way I could understand. Together we discussed next steps and, although I needed a specialist so they couldn’t help me, I swear all those smiles and kindnesses made me feel better when I left than I did coming in. I’m almost looking forward to needing their care again.
Felt the practice made a mistake with my care. Went in with a case of shingles which I felt was not addressed properly. The case I had was quite painful and irritating and was sent home only with an anti-viral prescription. Retuned a day and a half later as the pain and swelling wasn't getting any better and was sent to the ER. The ER treated my case exactly the same as the first visit to the urgent care but was quite surprised to hear that I had been to urgent care a day and a half prior and wasn't prescribed something for the pain and swelling. This comment from the ER doctor is why I feel that my care was mishandled by the urgent care. The cost to visit the ER had a significant cost associated with it and asked the urgent care to help with a small portion of the cost, to which they have not. The practice manager was quite helpful but ultimately Dr. Ravelo was not. We had a conversation; I disagreed with his position but ultimately am not a doctor myself to argue how to practice medicine. Leaving a poor review is my only form of recourse. Disappointed to be an example of the medical field not willing to accept responsibility for a mistake.
Nurse practitioner gave me information that I am being able to use to better my health. The information had nothing to do with my visit, which made me feel really good that HonorHealth cares. I’ll be returning if I need a non emergent treatment. Kind staff fast in and out. They all truly care
I was pleasantly surprised at the simple way to sign up for an appointment through my chart! I could see the wait time and the process was great! The check in was easy and fast. The staff was equally amazing!
Staff was great in the front office. The Doc did her job, but had no personality, walked in w/I introducing herself, and show no emotion/ care etc. After 1.5 min, she simply asked if I wanted antibiotics. I said, “You’re the Dr. Don’t ask me. Tell me what I need.” She turned and walked away saying only,”Ok.
Generally friendly staff, and a Decent doctor. A doctor, therein lies the problem. No matter when you go never enough doctors. I have visited HH Urgent care at least once a year and it never ceases to amaze me that there is at least 2 plus hours of wait time and it is because they only have a doctor who is running around looking at patients like a chicken with it's head cut off. It is ridiculous and unacceptable wait time. My advice, go to another urgent care place and there are plenty full of them. Yes, I am saying that to myself as well. I have lost my trust and comfort in HH Ugent Care - deeply disappointed
Amazing service. Very quick, hardly any wait time. Staff was so nice. Mary in the back was very sweet and professional and then I saw PA Keren and she was very thorough and helped me right away. 10/10
This was a terrible experience. After taking my copay the NP refused to do an evaluation and instead referred me to the ER. I would not recommend this medical group to anyone. It's a waste of time. If they are not skilled to see "urgent matters" perhaps they should find competent staff.
It seems I make a visit here several times a year. I have never had a bad experience. They are always quick, efficient and thorough. Keeping me informed as they go along.
The staff were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I was getting an x-ray on my ankle less than 25 minutes after walking in.
