After I won a judgment from the breach of contract on personal loan of large amount, the debtor still refuse to pay. Then I hired John as debt collection attorney. John is very experienced in the debt collection and started a series of judgement enforcement legal actions, such as wage garnish, levies and order of examinations. After these actions, the debtor felt great pressure and was willing to settle the judgement with a one time payment that is favorable  to me. I don't think this case can resolved so quickly without John's involvement. During the process, John was very professional, responsive and always keep me in the loop. His style is very rigorous and detailed.

My former employer refused to pay the salary that they owed me even after the labor commissioner's office issued a judgement against them. John helped me to use a bank levy to collect the full amount of my salary, plus the penalty, plus the interest. The entire process was super smooth for me because John took care of everything. He is very knowledgable and highly experienced. He is also very responsive, always replying my email within a day. He is also very diligent, following up with different places on each step of the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

By way of background, this was my first exposure to the foreclosure process.   I had provided a loan, that became several years delinquent.  I tried to work things out with the debtor with no resolution.  After speaking to several lawyers in the San Jose area, I feel very fortunate that I made the correct decision to work with John Bradley.   He and I worked closely together, and to sum up, John was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and supportive.  He found the time to explain the terms, process, and options in a clear and concise manner.  Suffice to say, I got my loan repaid with interest and late fees, together with all costs including legal, foreclosure etc..  I would have no hesitation in working with John in the future. John provided me with a free email consultation on a legal matter, when he was busy too take up my case. His guidance was very practical, and straight forward. He was also prompt in responding to all my follow-up questions. I would love to work with John again, and would highly recommend him.

I hired John to help navigate and negotiate an old credit card debt which had ballooned and turned into a summary judgement including various account levies.  He presented me with different options and explained all the pro's and con's of each.  In the end he was able to negotiate a settlement amount substantially lower than what the creditor was going after, and he made sure that the settlement resulted in the case being fully closed and all levies removed.  He showed great communication throughout the entire process and if I had any questions about anything he did his best to fully explain them in plain English.  His hourly wage is moderate but you get definitely good value for your money.  And what you get is an incredibly effective and competent attorney with great customer service.  In short, if you need a good attorney then John is your man!

When you refer a matter to local counsel, you don't know how its going to turn out.  John did excellent, efficient work on the matter I referred to him, getting a great result.  He exercised excellent judgment.  He also demonstrated excellent ethics, holding proceeds in his trust account for 91 days before remitting them to me.  I enthusiastically recommend John F. Bradley, Jr.
