The service was pretty fast. I took two watches to repair, one for the battery and the other needed links removed for sizing. They took less than 10 minutes. Great service!

EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE I collect G Shock, talk about Shock, I bought a $350 G Shock for $50, because the watch had a little internal issue with the display. For $15 and 5 minutes of my time, he fixed my watch. Moral of the story, I found my G Shock repair guy and I didn’t have to “leave it” with the “certified” repair shop in the mall for much more $!! All said and done, because of John Flores, this particular G Shock collector got a $350 watch for $65 including a quality JOHN FLORES REPAIR! JOHN FLORES just gained a loyal customer! P.S. my father left me a much more expensive watch, if it needs repair, I’ll have it taken care of here too...
My father told me about this place. I was greeted warmly. The people working here are VERY friendly. I do not live in Laredo, but I will definitely come back for other watches that need service. Great service, great pricing, very friendly and fast service. The lady in front is rude. Mr. John Flores is a very humble man and professional. I had a very bad experience with this woman and unfortunately I will never go back. I’ve never had an issue in the past 3 years. Mr. Flores has amazing service and I will definitely say he’s the best jeweler in town.....but he really needs to speak to her about customer service.
I’ve gotten a few custom items here for my family and the service is excellent. When Mr. Flores says when it will be done, then he means it, and the quality of the products he works on are tremendous. I would say one of the best jewelry shops in Laredo.
