Reviews

Cancelation of one's policy after 33years with Allstate for few weeks of non-payment of monthly premium is beyond reasonable. This is inhumane, uncompassionate,and total disregard for length of time one  has been with Allstate or any other company for that matter. To say that I am highly disappointed, will be an understatement.

Absolutely the worst Allstate agent and employees. Fany is rude and lacks comprehension and customer service skills. They admittedly made a mistake  and instead of doing something to accommodate my inconvenience they want double the money due. They do not return calls as well. I highly suggest finding another agent .

Great company, always good people. Been with them for decades.
